We sell fresh goat and meat products, which are perishable in nature. Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, refunds and returns are limited and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
2. When Refunds Are Eligible
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations: The wrong product was delivered The product was damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery The order was not delivered at all Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: Change of mind after delivery Products that have been accepted, used, or consumed Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, operational delays) Requests made after the 24-hour reporting window

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method Refunds are processed via PayFast, our payment service provider Processing time depends on PayFast and the customer’s bank and may take 5–10 business days Any payment processing fees charged by PayFast or banks may be non-refundable, where applicable.
7. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of the products.
8. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Asaan Qurbani directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback through their bank or payment provider. Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks may result in: Rejection of future orders Account restrictions Reporting to the payment provider
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any approved refund shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order. PayFast is not responsible for refunds, returns, or disputes related to products sold on this website.
