All payments are securely processed through PayFast, a third-party payment service provider. When you make a purchase on this Site: You authorize PayFast to process your payment on our behalf. We do not store or have access to your full payment card, bank account details, or other sensitive payment credentials. PayFast may support multiple payment methods (cards, bank transfers, etc.) in accordance with their services. PayFast’s role is limited to processing your payment; it does not guarantee delivery or quality of the products.

All product descriptions, including pricing, weight, availability, and delivery terms, are as provided on the Site. We reserve the right to modify descriptions, pricing, and product availability without prior notice. Orders are subject to acceptance by us. Refund Eligibility Refunds are considered only in the following circumstances: Products delivered were damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the order description. Delivery did not occur within the stated delivery timeframe without reasonable explanation. Before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any payment or service issues. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

You agree not to: Use the Site or purchase products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Circumvent our payment and delivery processes. Engage in fraudulent use of PayFast or other financial services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for: Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Losses beyond the purchase price of the products. PayFast is not responsible for product quality, delivery failures, or any issues related to the goods sold on this Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
